Similar to any other job interview, you will be asked to take part in a competency-based interview, where a series of questions will explore your skills, qualifications and experience. The category relates to the required skills as a healthcare professional. This may include your ability to work in or manage a team and your ability to have good time management. Personality
Character weighs greatly, as far as employers are concerned.
